Description / Scope of Work
The Director General Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) invites sealed bids and tenders from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department for the supply of animal ration for approximately 200 animals over the period from 1st July 2026 to 30 June 2027. The procurement covers three categories of animal feed: Missa Bhoosa (9855 munds), Camels Feed (2464 munds), and Horse Ration (4613 munds with ingredients specified in tender documents). The supply will be delivered to headquarters of concerned sectors and wings across Sindh Province. The quantities of animals and ration may be subject to change at the discretion of the organization.
Bidders must be registered with Pakistan's income tax and sales tax departments and hold appropriate authorization from original manufacturers or distributors. Tender notice forms containing detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from the Veterinary Branch Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) in Karachi until 1100 hours on 22 June 2026 for a fee of Rs. 1,000, as per Rule 23 (5) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All bids must comply strictly with instructions provided in the bidding documents.
Bids prepared in accordance with bidding document instructions must reach the main gate of Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) at Muslim Jinnah Courts, Dr. Zia-ud-Din Ahmed Road, Karachi No. 4, by 1130 hours on 22 June 2026. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 1200 hours in the presence of authorized firm representatives.
