Description / Scope of Work
Sealed tenders are invited by the Office of the Chief Traffic Manager of Dry Ports Pakistan Railways, Headquarters Office in Lahore for the award of a Crane Handling Contract at Lahore Dry Port Mughalpura. The contract shall be awarded on a revenue sharing formula basis to experienced firms and parties for a period of three years, further extendable for one additional year on satisfactory performance. This is a specialized operational contract for crane handling services at one of Pakistan's key dry port facilities located in Lahore, Punjab.
Tender forms can be obtained upon payment of a Miscellaneous Receipt of Rs 2,000 (two thousand rupees only), which is non-refundable, from the office of the Chief Traffic Manager at the Dry Ports headquarters during official business hours. Bidders must follow the single-stage two-envelope procurement procedure as specified in PPRA Rules. The bidding process requires submission of sealed bids containing technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes.
Tender submissions will be received in Committee Room No 3 of Pakistan Railways Headquarters, Lahore at 11:30 hours sharp on 08-07-2026 and opening shall commence at 12:00 hours the same day in the presence of tender committee members and authorized representatives of bidders who wish to attend.
