Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Lahore invites competitive bids from suppliers and contractors for the procurement of chlorine kits required for the WASA water testing laboratory. The estimated procurement value is Rs. 18,50,000 (18.5 million rupees). This is a single-stage, single-envelope bidding process conducted through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority's e-PADS electronic procurement portal. The procurement covers laboratory testing equipment essential for water quality monitoring and analysis operations at WASA's facilities in Lahore, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be registered on e-PADS with active Filer NTN (National Tax Number), PNTN (Provincial Tax Number), and valid GST registration. Suppliers and contractors registered on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority's portal are invited to participate. A bid security deposit of 2% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 37,000, is required in the form of a CDR, bank guarantee, PO, demand draft, or banker's cheque (excluding insurance bonds). The bid security must be submitted both as a soft copy on e-PADS and as a hard copy original in the office of the undersigned before bid opening.
Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk on or before June 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 10:30 AM the same day. Bidding documents are available on the e-PADS portal and the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. All bids must be submitted in PDF format in English language with rates quoted in both figures and words. Conditional tenders will not be accepted. Payment is subject to WASA revenue collection and may be delayed up to 12 months or longer.
