Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from manufacturers and importers or sole agents of foreign principals for the supply of laboratory tests on reagent rental basis with placement of HB-Electrophoresis analyzers for diagnosis of haemoglobinopathies during the financial year 2026-27 on a framework contract basis, extendable for a further three years on the same terms and conditions. The procurement is funded by the Government of Punjab Health Department and will be delivered on a free delivery to consignee basis. The contract covers the provision of capillary electrophoresis equipment for hemoglobinopathy diagnosis in Rawalpindi, Punjab province.
Eligible bidders must be original manufacturers or in the case of imported goods, their sole agents or importers authorized in Pakistan. Bidders must possess valid manufacturing licenses or documentary proof of authorization from the foreign principal. Registration certificates and memoranda of association or partnership deeds registered with the Registrar of Companies in Pakistan are mandatory. Bidders shall not be under any declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices. Bid security of two percent of the estimated price must be submitted in the name of the Medical Superintendent with the technical offer.

Electronic technical and financial proposals must be uploaded through EPADs by 23 June 2026 at 10:00 am, which is the closing deadline. The bid opening will occur on the same date at 10:30 am. Bidders must submit three years of prior experience supplying to government or autonomous institutions, valid tax certificates, bank statements, and professional qualifications as per the detailed checklist provided in the tender documents.
