Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited, Supply Chain Management Department invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers and vendors for the flat exchange of PIA's APS3200 APU Part No: 4500001C Serial No: 3563 against a serviceable or overhauled APS3200 APU. This international competitive bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as outlined in the Pakistan Public Procurement Rules 2004. The tender is open to all potential bidders meeting the prescribed eligibility and mandatory requirements. This procurement is critical for maintaining PIA's aircraft auxiliary power unit inventory across its operations in Sindh province and other locations.
Bidders must meet all eligibility criteria and mandatory requirements as specified in Section 3 of the bidding document. Technical proposals will be evaluated against the evaluation criteria detailed in Section 4, while financial bids will be assessed according to Section 5. All prospective suppliers should ensure they possess the necessary certifications, licenses, and technical capabilities to supply serviceable or overhauled aviation equipment meeting international standards and PIA specifications.
Bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 1030 hours on 6 July 2026 (Pakistan Standard Time). The sealed bids will be opened through EPADS at 1100 hours on the same date. Interested bidders should obtain the complete bidding document from the Supply Chain Management Department and review all sections including the draft contract agreement in Section 6 and the integrity pact requirements in Section 7.
