Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Gujrat invites sealed proposals for the supply of goods, services, and arrangements required for various events during the financial year 2026-2027 in District Gujrat, Punjab. The scope encompasses installation of security and surveillance CCTV cameras, walkthrough gates, security arrangements, transport provision for Army and Rangers personnel, establishment of Ramzan Bazaars, supply of food items during flood monsoon seasons, repatriation support for illegal Afghan nationals, and all other items and services required for major religious and national events including Muharram-ul-Harram, Chehlum, Kashmir Solidarity Day, National Celebration Day, and Black Day. This comprehensive tender covers multiple parts involving different services and supplies throughout the financial year.
Eligible bidders must be registered with NTN, GST, and PST authorities with current professional tax payments and a minimum of three years of relevant experience in their respective fields. Bidders must demonstrate adequate financial capability to undertake the contracted services. A bid security of two percent of the contract amount is required, payable in the form of a CDR or pay order in favor of the Deputy Commissioner Gujrat until satisfactory completion of the work order. All quoted prices must be final, fixed, and valid until contract completion without any provision for negotiation, variation, or escalation.
Bidders are required to submit proposals online only; manual bids will not be accepted. The tender evaluation will be conducted by the Tender Evaluation Committee, with results announced by the purchase committee. Technically disqualified bidders may file grievances within ten days in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. Suppliers must provide samples of each item if required for evaluation purposes and are bound to deliver supplies immediately upon award according to client requirements at the designated site.
