Description / Scope of Work
Municipal Committee Pattoki invites sealed bids through E-PADS for the procurement of arrangements and services related to Muharram ul Haraam 2026. The estimated cost of the project is PKR 19,77,000 (nineteen lakh seventy-seven thousand). This tender is open to all eligible contractors registered on the E-PADS platform for the financial year 2025-26 in Pattoki, Kasur district, Punjab. The bidding shall be conducted following the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
Eligible bidders must have current registration on E-PADS for the financial year 2025-26 and hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license of the respective category for 2025-26 in compliance with Government of Punjab directives. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of PKR 59,310 (3 percent of estimated cost) in the form of a CDR or Pay order from any scheduled bank in Punjab payable to Municipal Committee Pattoki. The successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance Guarantee of 10 percent of the estimated cost within 15 days of tender opening.
Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from https://eprocure.gov.pk/. Sealed bids must be submitted through E-PADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk by 11:30 AM PST on 22-06-2026, with bids opening scheduled for 12:00 PM the same day at the office of Municipal Committee Pattoki. Quoted rates must be item-wise and complete; incomplete bids will not be entertained. Upon acceptance, the successful contractor must execute an agreement on stamp paper within seven days.
