Description / Scope of Work
The Irrigation Department of the Government of the Punjab invites sealed bids for the award of toll tax collection rights at Khanki Barrage, a critical water infrastructure facility in Punjab Province. The contract period extends from the bid opening date to 30 June 2027. The lessee will be responsible for collecting toll taxes, operating and maintaining weighbridges, and executing specified civil works as detailed in the tender and bid documents. The revised reserve price is set at Rs. 5,226,800 excluding all applicable taxes. The scope encompasses full toll collection operations and the maintenance of all associated infrastructure and equipment in accordance with the conditions of contract and additional specifications provided by the Khanki Barrage Division.
Eligible bidders must submit an earnest money deposit equivalent to 5% of the revised reserve price, amounting to Rs. 261,340, in the form of a call deposit receipt issued by an authorized bank. Bidders are required to obtain a call deposit receipt upon payment of Rs. 2,000 and deposit the receipt with their bid submission. The bid must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressing the Head Clerk or Revenue Clerk at Khanki Barrage Division, LCC (East), Khanki. All bids must include the bidder's name, address, relevant contact details, and compliance with the conditions of contract outlined in the tender documents.

Sealed bids must be submitted by the stipulated closing date of 22 June 2026.
