Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) City Karachi invites sealed bids for the supply of components for Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) and Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. This procurement is for DHA City Karachi located in Sindh province. The bidding process is open to qualified suppliers capable of meeting the specified technical requirements for HVAC and VRF system components. Detailed specifications and quantities are provided in the tender documents available from the Procurement Directorate. The scope includes supply of all components as per given specifications only, with no alternate options permitted. Equipment must be quoted with complete warranty details and delivery schedules as specified.
Bidders must obtain tender documents from the Procurement Directorate DHA City Karachi office by submitting a written application along with a tender fee of Rs 2,000 in the form of a Pay Order in favor of PDOHA City Karachi (non-refundable). Prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees including delivery and all applicable taxes including GST, and bids must remain valid for one month. All equipment specifications, warranty periods, and nomenclature of items must be clearly mentioned on the sealed envelope. No eligibility criteria or bid security requirements are specified in this notice.
Sealed tender documents must be submitted to the Procurement Directorate DHA City Karachi office by 1500 hours on 16 June 2026. The tender will be opened on the same date at 1530 hours. Payment will be issued through cheque after delivery of items. Bidders are advised to quote the lowest possible price. PDOHA reserves the right to reject any or all tenders under provision of rules and regulations.
