Description / Scope of Work
Municipal Committee Sangla Hill invites sealed bids through the electronic procurement platform E-PADS from eligible contractors for the arrangement and organization of Muharram Ul Harram 2026. The estimated cost of this procurement activity is Rs 16,85,370 and the work is to be executed in Sangla Hill, District Nankana Sahib, Punjab. This is a Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure open to all eligible bidders who have registered their names for the current financial year 2025-26 on E-PADS and possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council license for the respective category as per Government of Punjab directions for financial year 2024-25 according to MRS 2a Bill Annual 2025 District Nankana Sahib.
Bidders must be registered on E-PADS and hold valid PEC licensing for the current financial year. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of the required amount in the form of CDR or pay order from any scheduled bank in Punjab in favor of the Chief Officer Municipal Committee Sangla Hill. The successful bidder shall be bound to submit a Performance Guarantee amounting to 10 percent of the estimated cost, which will be returned after successful completion of the project. Additionally, bidders must upload scanned copies of all bid security documents on E-PADS by the closing date.
The Separate Bidding Document containing detailed terms and conditions is available for free download from https://eproc ure.gov.pk and on the PPRA website. Bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the Bidding Document must be submitted through E-PADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk by 12:00 PM PST on 22-06-2026. Bids will be opened on the same date at 01:00 PM through E-PADS in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Non-responsive bids will be rejected. The work must be executed in accordance with the availability of funds as required under the Rules, and the department will not accept responsibility for loss sustained by contractor due to interruption of work or shortage of funds.
