Supply of Kit Items (Uniform, Shoes & Batch Decoration) for Pakistan Steel Cadet College

Pakistan Steel Cadet College, located in Steel Town Karachi, Sindh, invites sealed tenders for the supply of kit items comprising khaki uniforms, walking-out uniforms, shoes, and batch decoration items for cadet requirements. The tender encompasses supply of 700 numbers of khaki uniform shirts and trousers, 700 numbers of walking-out shirts, 350 numbers of gray trousers, and additional items as detailed in the schedule. All items must be manufactured to individual cadet measurements using specified high-quality materials including Rauf cloth for khaki uniforms, Gul Ahmed textile for white shirts, and worsted fabric for trousers. The total procurement value is estimated at Rs. 1,250 (tender fee, non-refundable). Delivery is required at the college premises in Karachi at the contractor's expense.

Eligible suppliers must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and possess verifiable experience supplying similar items to cadet colleges or Armed Forces. Bidders are required to submit GST and NTN certificates with their quotations. Bid security of 2 percent of the quoted tender amount must be submitted as a pay order drawn in favour of Pakistan Steel Cadet College. All bidders must supply two free samples of each item with approval marking; one sample will be retained by the college and the other returned with authorization. Failure to submit the bid security pay order will result in automatic rejection of the quotation. No sub-contracting is permitted under any circumstances.

Tenders must be submitted on the provided schedule (Annex-A) with rates quoted separately in both words and figures, accompanied by a forwarding letter on company letterhead with stamp and signature. Submission deadline is 30 June 2026 by 11:00 noon at the office of the College Adjutant. Tender enquiry number and date must be marked on the envelope's top left corner. Public opening of tenders will occur on the same day at 11:30 noon. Late submissions, quotations with overwriting or ambiguous figures will be rejected. Successful completion of supply is required within three months from purchase order issuance, with one additional month allowed for measurement completion. The college committee will conduct final inspection and approval before payment release.
