Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed quotations for the supply of miscellaneous hardware materials on stock basis. The tender enquiry WAH/TE/020/2026 covers nineteen line items including pipe nipples of various diameters and lengths (1/2 inch, 1 inch, and 1/4 inch), high pressure sockets, dead plugs, equal tees, teflon tape, alkaline batteries, and klingerite sheets. The materials are required for delivery to SNGPL Stores located near Green Lagoon Hotel on the Main G.T. Road in Wah Cantt, Federal area. The procurement is open to all eligible suppliers, and quotations must be submitted by 1130 hours on 23 June 2026 in sealed envelopes marked confidential and addressed to the Senior Officer (Procurement).
All bidders must furnish a Bid Securing Declaration as per the prescribed format (Sheet No. 05) along with their quotation. Quotations that are not firm and irrevocable, or lacking the original Bid Securing Declaration, will be considered non-responsive and rejected. Suppliers whose brands are not previously accepted or have not supplied to SNGPL must submit physical samples for inspection and acceptance; failure to provide samples may result in rejection of the bid. Bidders are required to specify exact brand names, makes, and countries of origin for all quoted items instead of using generic terms; bids without this information are liable to rejection.
Tender opening will occur publicly at 1130 hours on 23 June 2026 at the SNGPL Stores office in Wah Cantt. Quotations must remain valid for at least 60 days from the closing date, include lump-sum pricing with delivery costs paid to the above address, and be accompanied by relevant product leaflets, brochures, and certificates of origin. Delivery challan copies (in triplicate) must accompany all consignments.
