The Water and Sanitation Agency Faisalabad invites sealed financial bids for providing and laying reinforced cement concrete sewer line of 9 inch diameter at different areas of Samanabad Sub Division in the East operations and maintenance zone. The total estimated contract value is Rs. 2,904,959 with a completion period of 3 months. The project scope includes dismantling of existing plain cement concrete, earth work excavation in open cutting for sewers and manholes, providing and laying RCC pipes with spigot or collar joints conforming to BS 5911 Part-I 1981 class L, compaction and ramming of earth work, installation of RPC manhole cover slabs with benching floor work, cement concrete plain work, sand bedding under pipes, brick work steining, cement plaster finishing, bailing out water by pump, and making connections with existing sewer lines. This infrastructure development project will enhance sanitation services in Samanabad, Faisalabad, Punjab.
Prospective bidders must submit earnest money of Rs. 145,000 in the form of a bank call deposit duly issued by any scheduled bank in favour of Deputy Director-I (P&D) WASA. Bidders are required to fill in unit rates for all items in the bill of quantities instead of percentages, and conditional tenders will not be accepted. If the total tendered amount is less than 5 percent of the approved estimated amount, the lowest bidder must deposit additional performance security equal to the difference. All contractors participating in e-tendering must submit original CDRs before tender closing, otherwise they will be disqualified. Work execution must strictly comply with PHE, B and R specifications.
Bid documents can be obtained from the office of Deputy Director-I (P&D), Water and Sanitation Agency, FDA Faisalabad. Sealed financial bids must be submitted before the closing date of 22 June 2026. Tender opening will occur on the same date. Bids will be checked for arithmetic errors with corrections made by the employer as per specified rules: amounts in words govern over figures, and unit rates govern over line item totals unless a gross decimal point error is evident. Additional Performance Security must remain valid for at least 3 months after completion.
