Jinnah Burn & Reconstructive Surgery Centre, AIMC, Lahore invites sealed competitive bids for the Framework Contract of bulk purchase of Medical Gases from manufacturers and sole agents of foreign principals for the financial year 2025-27. This tender, referenced as IPL-5824, covers supply of medical gases including oxygen and other therapeutic gases required for ongoing operations at the centre in Lahore, Punjab. The procurement shall be conducted as per the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority guidelines and is open to eligible bidders meeting specified technical, financial and managerial capabilities. Bidders must register on the PAFIS portal and obtain login credentials to download detailed specifications and terms and conditions in English language. Eligible bidders must provide proof of technical, financial and managerial capacity to execute the framework contract. Bid security of up to 2 percent of the estimated cost of quick items shall be submitted as Bank Draft, Guarantee Certificate, CDR, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in favour of Executive Director. All bids must be submitted online on or before 25 June 2026 at 11:00 am through the E-PACS portal. Bidders are required to register themselves on FAQIS system and provide necessary bid security documentation as stipulated in the tender documents. The procuring agency shall not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders during bid preparation or submission process.
Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 am in the presence of bidders' representatives at the address of Jinnah Burn & Reconstructive Surgery Centre, Lahore.
