Description / Scope of Work
The United Nations Development Programme Pakistan (UNDP-PAK) is seeking an individual contractor to serve as a Research Analyst focused on Health, Nutrition and Population in Punjab province. This is an individual contractor position with a total level of effort of 220 days spread over a 12-month assignment period. The assignment is based in Punjab and will contribute to UNDP's development programmes in the health, nutrition and population sectors. The procurement reference is UNDP-PAK-01632 and the tender reference is UNDP-IC-2026-142.
Proposals must be submitted directly through the UNDP Quantum supplier portal system. Interested candidates must subscribe to the supplier portal following the instructions in the user guide. If you have not previously registered a profile with the system, you can do so by following the Supplier Registration link. Clarifications regarding the assignment should be requested in writing via the messaging functionality within the portal, and UNDP will respond in writing without identifying the source of inquiry. Candidates are encouraged to indicate their intent to submit a bid by creating a draft response, which enables the system to send notifications of any amendments to tender requirements.
Bid documents are available within the Quantum portal system. All proposals must be submitted through the online portal no later than the indicated deadline of 22 June 2026 at 06:00 AM New York time.
