Description / Scope of Work
The Asia Foundation intends to pre-qualify competent, resourceful, and experienced vendors, suppliers, and firms for the provision of goods and services across nine categories for a three-year period effective August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2029. The procurement covers office stationery items, printing materials and design services, IT equipment and accessories, domestic and international air travel services, electrical items and installation services, general repair and maintenance for office premises, vehicle repair and maintenance services, hotel and hospitality services including accommodation and venue management, and car rental services with or without drivers for official travel requirements in Islamabad, Pakistan. All items and services will be provided according to The Asia Foundation specifications on a need basis, with government applicable taxes deducted from service provider payments as per applicable laws and regulations.
Interested firms and vendors may apply for one or more categories based on their relevant experience, capacity, and valid business registration. Applicants must submit copies of the latest NTN and GST registration certificates where applicable. Pre-qualification forms can be obtained only through email from nasib.zada@asiafoundation.org. The pre-qualification award period spans three years, ensuring long-term vendor partnerships for The Asia Foundation's operational requirements across multiple service and supply categories.
Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly mentioning "Pre-Qualifications for relevant category" and must reach the office by June 25, 2026.
