Description / Scope of Work
The Estate Office Management invites e-bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of IT equipment for the Estate Office in Islamabad during the financial year 2025-26. This is a national-level procurement conducted under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection technique. The procuring agency has reserved funds for this planned procurement and intends to apply these proceeds to cover eligible payments under the contract. The detailed scope of goods, technical specifications, and quantities are provided in the bidding documents available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System platform.
Bidders must meet eligibility criteria as specified in the bidding documents and are required to submit a bid security in the form of a pay order, banker's cheque, or call deposit. Where the procuring agency does not require bid security, bidders must furnish a bid security declaration as specified in the bidding document. All participating vendors must be registered on EPADS v2.0 prior to submission. The bidding documents contain comprehensive terms and conditions, detailed item specifications, price schedules, and contract templates including general and special conditions, performance guarantee forms, and integrity pacts.
Bidders must register themselves on EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, June 22, 2026 at 11:00 AM, and e-bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM using the EPADS v2.0 platform.
