Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the supply of an engine driven welding plant under Tender Enquiry No. SNT-2310/25. This procurement is open to both foreign suppliers and local manufacturers operating in Pakistan. The tender is issued by the General Manager (Procurement) at the company's head office located at 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore. Bidders are required to submit their offers on a single stage two envelope basis, with separate technical and financial proposals to be placed in sealed envelopes marked clearly as "CONFIDENTIAL". The delivery location is Faisalabad (Tender), and offers must remain valid for ninety days from the tender closing date.
Eligibility requirements include proper business registration and tax compliance. Bidders must submit a bid bond (original) in accordance with clause 17 of the Instructions to Bidders, with the specimen attached as Annexure-II. The questionnaire carrying important commercial terms must be completed (Appendix-D). Foreign suppliers should use the price schedule format specified in Appendix-C(i), while local manufacturers should use Appendix-C(ii). Bidders are also required to provide an authority letter from their respective organization for authorized representatives attending the public bid opening, along with a certificate of full disclosure and non-collusion.
Bids must be received by 31 December 2025 at 1430 hours at the office of the General Manager (Procurement), Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, Gas House, 1st Floor, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan. Technical proposals will be opened on the same date at 1500 hours. The Financial Proposal envelope will be retained unopened and publicly opened only after technical evaluation of acceptable bids.
