Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed competitive bids for the supply of calibration gas mixture under Tender Enquiry No. SNT-2321/26. This procurement is financed through cash Foreign Exchange allocation to be provided by the Government of Pakistan. The tender covers the supply of calibration gas mixture with detailed technical specifications as outlined in the bid documents. The procurement will be executed at the registered office located at 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan. Interested suppliers and their local agents are required to submit bids in compliance with all stipulated conditions and requirements outlined in the tender documentation.
Bidders must possess valid agency agreements from the principal manufacturers and are eligible to participate if they meet the qualification criteria specified in the tender documents. Bid security in the form of an original bid bond is mandatory and must be included with the bid submission. Foreign suppliers must submit quotations through their local agents, while local manufacturers and suppliers should submit their quotations separately. All bids must be submitted in duplicate sealed covers clearly marked as CONFIDENTIAL, with separate inner and outer envelopes bearing appropriate markings and containing no indication of the sender's identity on the outer cover.
The original plus two copies of the bid must be submitted to the General Manager (Procurement) at Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, Gas House, 1st Floor, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan on or before 01.06.2026 by 14:30 hours, with public opening of bids at 15:00 hours the same day. Bid documents can be obtained from the office address mentioned above. The submission of bid security and bid documentation to the specified location and by the prescribed date and time is the sole responsibility of the bidder.
