Description / Scope of Work
GIZ Pakistan, a federal enterprise supporting the German Government's international cooperation objectives for sustainable development, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of video conferencing equipment along with IT accessories for the GIZ TextILES-II Project in Pakistan. This procurement initiative is designed to enhance communication and collaborative capabilities within the project framework, encompassing essential videoconferencing hardware and supplementary IT accessories required for project operations across Pakistan's federal jurisdiction.
All interested and eligible bidders are invited to participate in this competitive bidding process. Bidders must be registered and eligible to participate in government procurement. The sealed bids must be submitted in properly sealed envelopes clearly marked with the project name and reference number BANF No. 10028733. Bidders should ensure compliance with all eligibility requirements and tender conditions as outlined in the bidding documents.
Prospective bidders should contact the GIZ Procurement Section via email at giz-pakistan-procurement@giz.de to request bidding documents. Documents will be shared via email on 15th June 2026. Sealed bids must reach the designated address no later than 07th July 2026 in sealed envelopes clearly stating the procurement title and reference number. All communication regarding bid submission should include the reference number BANF No. 10028733 in the subject line for proper tracking and identification.
