Description / Scope of Work
COMSATS University Islamabad invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of network items required for its computer laboratory. This single-stage single-envelope tender is open to Income Tax and General Sales Tax registered firms and companies listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement is being conducted in accordance with Public Procurement Regulatory Authority regulations and will be executed from the university's main campus located in Islamabad, Pakistan. The estimated bid security requirement is Rs. 50,000 in the form of a refundable call deposit or bank draft drawn in favor of COMSATS University Islamabad.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPADS portal and possess valid Income Tax and GST registration certificates. Prospective bidders should ensure they meet all mandatory requirements outlined in the technical evaluation criteria before submitting their bids. The bid security, amounting to Rs. 50,000, must be submitted both as a scanned copy through EPADS and as a physical hard copy accompanying the sealed bidding documents. Bidders are advised to contact the EPADS support team at UAN 051-111-137-237 for registration assistance and technical guidance on the online portal.
Bids must be submitted exclusively through the EPADS online platform before the closing deadline of July 2, 2026, at 11:00 hours. Physical hard copies of sealed bidding documents along with bid security must be delivered to COMSATS University Islamabad, 2nd Floor, Faculty Block-II, Park Road, Tarlai Kalan, Islamabad by the same date and time. Bid opening will take place half an hour after the closing time in Room No. G-6/G-8, Ground Floor, Faculty Block-I, in the presence of interested bidders.
