Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed tenders for construction of RCC tower foundation under the SCADA Phase II Project in Punjab. The project involves complete foundation construction work required to be fully functional with all internal services properly connected to external services. The work includes site clearing, grubbing, and all necessary arrangements as per site requirements. The contract is for a completion period of nine months with a one-year maintenance period calculated after the date of completion. Tenderers must familiarize themselves with site conditions and all aspects affecting construction costs before submitting bids.
Tenderers must submit an earnest money deposit of PKR 262,000 in hard form along with signed and stamped tender documents before the tender submission deadline. Bidders are required to possess necessary qualifications and experience in civil construction. A performance bond equal to ten percent of the contract amount must be issued by an SNGPL-approved insurance company and submitted within fifteen days of work order issuance. Tender documents fee of PKR 2,500 against a pay order is non-refundable and must be submitted before the tender closing date.
Tender documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Incharge (Civil), Civil Construction Department, 2nd Floor, SNGPL Head Office, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore, before the specified closing date and time. Clarifications and interpretations must be requested in writing as per dates announced on SNGPL website. All tender pages must be signed and stamped by the contractor.
