Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites tenders for the design and preparation of tender documents including site investigations for construction of two meter halls with attached washroom and office facilities, including external works at the Regional Meter Shop Multan in Punjab. This project encompasses comprehensive site investigation, detailed design, and preparation of complete tender documentation to facilitate the subsequent construction phase. The scope includes structural design, architectural planning, utility coordination, and all ancillary external works required for the facility. The tender documents have been prepared by Asian Consulting Engineers and are dated September 2025, with project code P22-185.
Eligible bidders must be registered contractors with relevant experience in similar construction projects and hold valid business registration and tax compliance certificates. Bidders are required to submit a performance bond or guarantee as specified in the tender documents. Bid security in the prescribed amount must accompany all tender submissions. Bidders must demonstrate financial stability and technical competence through submission of relevant credentials and previous project portfolios.
