Description / Scope of Work
Balochistan Rural Support Programme (BRSP), a not-for-profit organization registered under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984 and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, invites expressions of interest and financial proposals from reputable Chartered Accountancy firms to conduct the annual statutory audit of BRSP for the financial year ending June 30, 2027. The audit shall be carried out in accordance with applicable professional standards, including the International Standards on Auditing (ISAs). The programme is headquartered in Quetta and seeks qualified external auditors to perform comprehensive financial audit services. The contract may be extended for subsequent year(s) subject to satisfactory performance of the selected audit firm.
Interested Chartered Accountancy firms meeting the required criteria must be duly registered and in good standing. Firms should have relevant experience in auditing not-for-profit organizations and non-governmental entities. The Audit Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all expressions of interest and bids, wholly or partially, without assigning any reason and in accordance with applicable procurement policies.
