Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed and electronic bids for the disposal of unserviceable and scrap material comprising ACSR conductor scrap (off size) under Tender No. 1384/26 for the year 2025-2026. The total quantity of scrap material is 51,998 kilograms, with 31,000 kg lying at the Regional Store in Rohri and 20,998 kg at the Regional Store in Larkana in Sindh province. This is a national open competitive bidding process conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure in accordance with the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations, 2024 (amended to date). The material is offered on an "as is where is" basis with no disputes entertained post-sale.
Bidders must be tax-registered general public or companies eligible to participate in public procurement. A bid security (earnest money) of Rs. 2,599,900 is required, equivalent to 10% of the estimated value, to be submitted as a Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee valid for 150 days from the tender opening date in favour of the Chief Executive Officer SEPCO Sukkur. The bid value must remain valid for 120 days from the tender opening date. Successful bidders are required to pay the balance amount within 21 full working days from issuance of the Letter of Acceptance, failing which the sale will be cancelled and the bid security forfeited.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available for download through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0 at https://epads.gov.pk/ and https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Electronic bids must be submitted by 29 June 2026 at 10:30 AM, and tenders will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:00 AM. The material may be inspected at Regional Stores SEPCO Rohri and Larkana during working hours.
