Sukkur Electric Power Company invites sealed electronic bids for the disposal of unserviceable and scrap material comprising LT all aluminum off-size scrap totaling 32,736 kilograms. The material is located at SEPCO regional stores in Rohri and Larkana in Sindh province, with 24,000 kg at the Rohri location and 8,736 kg at the Larkana location. This national open competitive bidding is conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure in accordance with the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024 as amended to date. The sale is offered on an as-is where-is basis with items sold on a lot-wise basis.
Eligibility is open to tax-registered general public and companies. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs 2,127,840 equivalent to 10 percent of the estimated value in the form of a Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee valid for 150 days from the tender opening date from any scheduled bank of Pakistan. The tender bid value must remain valid for 120 days from the opening date. All applicable government taxes including income tax and GST are to be borne by the successful bidder as per Federal Board of Revenue policy.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available for download through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0 at https://epads.gov.pk and https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. Prospective bidders must register on the platform if not already registered. Electronic bids must be submitted on the scheduled date and time using EPADS v2.0 with tender opening scheduled for 29 June 2026 at 11:15 AM. The deadline for bid submission is 29 June 2026 at 10:30 AM. Successful bidders must pay the balance amount within 21 working days of receiving the Letter of Acceptance.
