Security Papers Limited, located in Karachi, Sindh, invites sealed bids on prescribed tender forms from reputable firms and contractors registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax with FBR and SRB. Three service tenders are being floated: Tender 19 for Outsourcing of Services with earnest money of Rs. 500,000, Tender 20 for Horticulture Services with earnest money of Rs. 300,000, and Tender 21 for Janitorial Services with earnest money of Rs. 300,000. Each tender encompasses the scope and service details as outlined in the attached tender documents. The outsourcing initiative aims to secure qualified service providers through a competitive bidding process for maintaining and enhancing operational efficiency across multiple service verticals.
Eligibility is restricted to reputable firms and contractors who are duly registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sales Tax Regulatory Board (SRB). Prospective bidders must submit tender form fees of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) and furnish the required earnest money deposits as specified for each tender. Conditional, incomplete bids without earnest money and those received after the due date and time will not be considered. If bids fall on a holiday, they will be opened on the next working day.
Tender forms along with detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from Security Papers Limited at Jinnah Avenue, Mairl Hall, Karachi-75100, during office hours from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, Monday to Friday.
