Description / Scope of Work
Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar invites competitive sealed bids from eligible Chartered Accountant Firms for hiring audit services covering a three-year contract period spanning Financial Years 2025-26, 2026-27, and 2027-28. The tender is being conducted through the EPADS platform and is open to firms registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and other relevant federal and provincial government entities. The scope encompasses comprehensive audit services with quoted prices to be submitted as a lump-sum annual fee inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, levies, travelling expenses, boarding, lodging, out-of-pocket expenses, and all other incidental charges.
Eligible bidders must be Chartered Accountant Firms holding valid registration with ICAP, FBR, KPRA, and other recognized government entities. Tender documents containing detailed bidding procedures, complete eligibility criteria, terms and conditions, and technical specifications are available for download from the EPADS portal or can be obtained from the office of the Procurement Officer during office hours. Bid security equivalent to two percent of the quoted amount must be submitted physically to the undersigned office on or before the closing deadline.
Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS no later than 11:15 A.M. on June 23, 2026, addressed to the Director of Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar. Bid opening will take place at 11:45 A.M. on the same date at the Conference Room, IMSciences, Peshawar in the presence of interested bidders or their authorized representatives.
