Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance Provision by Institute of Management Sciences Peshawar

Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar invites competitive sealed bids from reputed insurance firms and companies for the provision of comprehensive insurance of vehicles for a period of three years. The procurement is being conducted through the EPADS (Electronic Procurement and Auction System) platform. Bidding insurance companies must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including SECP, FBR, and KPPRA, and must hold a minimum IFS rating of AA+ from PACRA or JCR-VIS. All quoted prices and premium rates should be inclusive of all applicable government taxes. The insurance coverage is required for the Institute's vehicle fleet located in Peshawar, KPK province.

Eligible bidders must be established insurance firms with the specified AA+ IFS rating from recognized rating agencies. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the quoted amount must be submitted in the office of the Procurement Officer on or before the closing deadline of 11:15 A.M. on June 23, 2026. Only companies meeting these stringent financial and regulatory criteria will be considered for this three-year comprehensive vehicle insurance contract.

Sealed bids must be submitted through EPADS no later than 11:15 A.M. on June 23, 2026. Bid opening will take place at 12:45 P.M. on the same date at the Conference Room of IMSciences, Peshawar, in the presence of interested bidders or their authorized representatives.
