Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Information Commission invites sealed electronic bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) for the procurement of Cleaning and Support Services as non-consultancy services. This is a national level procurement planned for fiscal year 2026-27, using the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding with Quality Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procurement covers cleaning and support services required by the Pakistan Information Commission at its National Arcade facility, 1st Floor, A4 Plaza, Sector F-8 Markaz in Islamabad Capital Territory.
All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and meet the specified eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding document. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format or other approved security instruments as described in the bid data sheet. The bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, service specifications, scope of work, price schedules, and evaluation criteria are available on the EPADS portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may register through the online portal with reference to the registration tutorial available on YouTube.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 05:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 05:30 AM.
