Description / Scope of Work
The United Nations Development Programme Pakistan (UNDP-PAK) is seeking an individual contractor to serve as a Research Analyst specializing in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) and Urban Resilience initiatives in Punjab province. This is an individual contractor position (IC) based in Pakistan with a Level of Effort of 220 days spread over a 12-month assignment period. The role focuses on research, analysis and support for WASH and urban resilience programs across Punjab, contributing to UNDP's sustainable development objectives in the region.
To qualify for this position, interested individuals must register and maintain a supplier profile within the UNDP Quantum portal system. Bidders are required to submit complete proposals directly through the online portal, and all clarification requests must be submitted in writing via the portal's messaging functionality. UNDP will respond to queries in writing without disclosing the source of inquiry. Prospective contractors should indicate their intent to bid by creating a draft response in the system to receive notifications of any tender amendments or updates.
Proposals must be submitted no later than 23 June 2026 at 06:00 AM New York time through the UNDP Quantum supplier portal.
