Description / Scope of Work
Heavy Mechanical Complex, a government organisation in Punjab, invites sealed bids on Cost and Freight basis for the supply of industrial components comprising Two Way Air Hand Valves model QGS x 230 AFA (16 units) and Seamless Steel Tubes with diameter 19.05x2.11x6000 mm totalling 3432 metres. The tender enquiries are issued under references PFH-26-025, PFH-28-024, and PFA-26-008 with a combined scope of mechanical and fluid handling equipment required for operations. Bids must be submitted to the Admin Building by 1400 hours on the specified due date for public opening at 1430 hours on the same day.
Eligibility requirements mandate that bidders possess a Letter of Authorization as a local agent of the foreign principal, which must be attached with the quotation. Quotations submitted without the requisite 2% Bid Security and Tender Fee of Rs. 1,500 shall not be considered and will be rejected on the spot. Bidders must provide valid quotations from foreign principals, and offers from suppliers having country of origin Israel and India will not be considered. The bidding procedure follows a single stage single envelope format, and suppliers may submit only one offer per tender with no alternate options permitted.
