Description / Scope of Work
Islamia College for Girls, Peshawar, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of 84 classrooms at the first floor of the college for girls campus. The estimated cost of the project is Rs 11.4487 million, with work to be executed in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014 and relevant procurement regulations. The bidding process is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS), which is the mandatory platform for submission of all tender documents. The scope includes completion of classroom construction within the specified time limit as per the tender order.
Eligible bidders must possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category, valid registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), valid National Tax Number (NTN), and valid and updated registration with the Inspectorate of Electricity Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders are required to submit earnest money equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost in the form of bank draft or call deposit in favor of the Treasurer, Islamia College, Peshawar. Incomplete, late, or conditional bids will be declared non-responsive and rejected.
Bid documents containing complete bidding procedures, terms and conditions, and detailed scope of work are available through the e-PADS portal at http://e-pacsecure.gov.pk in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. The pre-bid meeting shall be held on June 17, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Islamia College, Peshawar. All bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS latest by June 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with the original call deposit receipt physically submitted or couriered to the Director of Works office on or before the deadline. Bids will be opened on June 24, 2026 at 11:30 AM in the Main Committee Room.
