SSGC LPG Limited invites sealed bids for the inspection of trestle and tank area LPG and firewater piping, pipe supports, and associated mechanical structure of LPG tanks at SLL Port Qasim Terminal in Karachi, Sindh. The tender is being floated under a Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure with reference number SSGC/LPG/SC/SLL/PT/1265. This specialized inspection and structural assessment work is critical for maintaining the integrity and safety compliance of LPG storage and handling infrastructure at the Port Qasim facility.
Bidders must be qualified and registered contractors with relevant experience in LPG pipeline inspection, firewater system assessment, and mechanical structure evaluation. A fixed bid bond of Rs. 200,000 (Two hundred thousand) is mandatory and must be submitted in physical form at the Procurement Department before bid opening. All bid documents must be downloaded from EPADS, properly filled, digitally signed, and uploaded through the EPADS portal; bids submitted without proper electronic signatures and stamps will be rejected outright.
The tender documents are available exclusively on the EPADS portal (Electronic Procurement Advice and Delivery System). Interested bidders should download the tender documents, complete the BOQ and bid forms, and upload all signed and stamped tender documents through EPADS before the closing deadline. The physical bid bond must be deposited at the SSGC LPG Head Office, LDC Building, Karachi Terminal, Opposite Safari Park, Main University Road, Karachi, prior to bid opening. Bids will be opened on 29th June 2026 at 03:30 hours at the Procurement Department of SSGC LPG Limited. All other terms and conditions remain as originally stipulated in the tender documents.
