Description / Scope of Work
Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed electronic bids for the disposal of unserviceable and scrap transformer materials through the E-PADS Version 2.0 platform. The tender encompasses the sale of damaged, unserviceable, and scrap empty body transformers in various capacities: 25 KVA, 50 KVA, 100 KVA, and 200 KVA. Lot 01 is located at Regional Store Rohri with a total quantity of approximately 31,300 kilograms across 185 units, while Lot 02 is at Regional Store Larkana containing approximately 4,590 kilograms across 36 units. This is a national open competitive bidding process conducted under a single stage one envelope procedure in accordance with the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations, 2024, with materials offered on an as-is-where-is basis.
Eligibility is open to tax-registered general public and companies. Bidders must possess valid tax registration and submit bids electronically through EPADS v2.0. A bid security of 10 percent is mandatory, payable as a Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee valid for 150 days from the tender opening date, made in favour of the Chief Executive Officer SEPCO Sukkur. The bid value must remain valid for 120 days from the tender opening date. Bidders are required to register on the EPADS platform at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ if not already registered.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, and specifications are available for download from the E-PADS portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Electronic bids must be submitted by 10:30 AM on 29 June 2026, with tender opening scheduled for 11:45 AM the same day using EPADS v2.0. Manual bids will not be accepted. The successful bidder must pay the balance amount within 21 working days of receiving the Letter of Acceptance.
