Description / Scope of Work
The Cantonment Board Abbottabad in Abbottabad, KPK invites interested public individuals and registered firms to participate in an open public auction for the contract of slaughtering fee collection at the Cantonment Slaughter House for the financial year 2026-27. The auction process is scheduled to be held on 29 June 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Cantonment Board Office located on Mansehra Road, Abbottabad Cantt. In case the auction cannot take place on the primary date due to any reason, secondary and tertiary backup auction dates are scheduled for 30 June 2026 and 01 July 2026 respectively. Eligible bidders must submit a mandatory Call Deposit Receipt of 1,300,000 Rupees as earnest money alongside a non-refundable tender application fee of 1,500 Rupees. The contract establishes specific collection rates per animal, including 1,500 Rupees for camels, 1,000 Rupees for bulls/buffaloes, and 500 Rupees for goats/sheep. The successful contractor will be strictly responsible for managing slaughterhouse hygiene, paying all utility bills, and providing post-dated checks as monthly installment securities under the oversight of the Cantonment Board Abbottabad.
