Combined Military Hospital Lahore invites sealed quotations from well-reputed licensed chemists and druggists for the bulk purchase of categories of medicines including PVMS, NIV, NIF, GS Res, dental medicines, UN MSN medicines, lab kits, X-ray films, chemicals, surgical disposables, vaccines, sera, ortho implants and hospital disinfectants for the financial year 2026-27. The tender covers comprehensive medical supplies required for hospital operations in Lahore, Punjab. Bidders must submit quotations in separate sealed envelopes containing both financial and technical proposals with all required supporting documentation.
Eligible bidders must be licensed chemists or druggists with valid DRAP registration and must be authorized distributors or suppliers of the companies whose products are being quoted. Bidders are required to provide an affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming they are not blacklisted by any bank, financial institution or government institute. A security bid of Rs. 200,000 must be deposited in the form of demand draft. All medicines supplied must have 90 percent or more remaining shelf life at the time of delivery, and short-life medicines will not be accepted. Required documents include company profile, CNIC of proprietor, drug license, DRAP registration, authorized distribution letters, sales tax and professional tax certificates, NTN certificate, income tax returns, Active Tax Payer list certificate, police verification certificate, undertaking of no blacklisting, professional experience certificate with government or armed forces institutes, and security clearance letters if applicable.
Quotations must be provided on the specified tender list format with prices quoted for the full financial year from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. Bidders must submit both hard copies and soft copies on USB of their quotations. Medicines must be supplied as complete orders within 15 days of receiving the supply order, with 2 percent late delivery charges deducted for every 15 days of delay beyond the stipulated period. The board president reserves the right to approve or reject any or all tenders, prioritizing lowest bid without compromising quality. For imported items, goods declaration and cash payment receipt with packing lists must be provided with billing documents. Samples of quoted items must be provided immediately upon demand for quality verification.
