The Sindh Lakhra Coal Mining Company (Private) Limited (SLCMC) under the Energy Department, Government of Sindh in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed proposals from competent, authorized insurance companies with a valid credit rating from JCR-VIS or PACRA. This public procurement seeks the provision of comprehensive Workmen's Compensation Coverage for workers associated with SLCMC raising contractors, following a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure in accordance with SPPRA Rules 2010. Detailed tender documents outlining specific terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria can be downloaded from the official SPPRA EPAD portal or the SLCMC website. Alternatively, bidding documents may be purchased physically from the procuring agency's head office during standard business hours. Properly prepared technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the designated channels before the final submission deadline on 23 June 2026.
Eligible bidders must be reputable authorized insurance companies registered and operating in Pakistan with demonstrated experience in providing workmen compensation coverage.
