Description / Scope of Work
The Child Protection & Welfare Bureau, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the provision and supply of dietary items on a framework contract basis from registered vendors, traders, manufacturers and authorized dealers. This tender encompasses five distinct lots covering vegetables and fruits, meat and dairy items, dry rations, bakery products, and LPG and coal wood items, with a total estimated cost of 302 million rupees. The scope includes supply to all operational districts in Punjab including Lahore, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sargodha, Sialkot, Rawalpindi, Multan, Sahiwal, Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan and Dera Ghazi Khan, where the bureau operates child protection facilities.
Bidders must be engaged in trading, registered with relevant authorities and tax departments, with valid Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax registrations. E-bids will be opened on 29 June 2026 at 11:30 AM under PPRA Rule 38(1) in presence of bidders or their representatives. All procurement will be conducted electronically through EPADS under Rule 12 of PPRA and Section 5 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2022. Bidders are required to deposit performance guarantees equal to 5% of the estimated cost as CDR/bank guarantee, and must comply with all bidding conditions specified in the tender documents.
Bid documents can be downloaded from the PPRA website at http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk before the closing deadline. Hard copies of technical bids must be submitted to the office in Lahore on or before the specified closing date.
