Description / Scope of Work
The Urban Area Development Authority, D.I. Khan invites bids through e-PADS (Electronic Public Procurement Information System) from eligible bidders for uplift and beautification activities including infrastructure improvement, monuments, street lights and green spaces in the southern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, namely Kohat, Hangu, Karak, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, Tank and D.I. Khan under ADP No. 950/251119 for the financial year 2026-27. The project is being executed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules 2014 single stage single envelope system with an estimated cost of approximately 100-500 million rupees across multiple construction subheads. Works include construction of streets with various infrastructure, drain improvements, solar lights and beautification activities distributed across different union councils and districts in the region.
Bidders must be registered with the Engineering Council of Pakistan (PEC) for the year 2026-2027 and meet eligibility criteria set by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KRA) and Provincial Enlisting Committee. A bid security of two percent of the estimated cost is required from all participating bidders. All bidders must comply with regulatory requirements and provide necessary documentation as per KPPRA guidelines and the tender document requirements.
Bid documents are available through e-PADS portal with a document fee of 5000 rupees (for C-5 category) payable as specified. Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS with bid security category C-5 and above. The tender submission period opens on 02-07-2026 at 11:00 AM and closes on 02-07-2026 at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day as per work order. Interested bidders should review all tender conditions carefully and submit bids accordingly within the specified time limits.
