Lahore Development Authority, UD Wing invites tenders for two infrastructure development schemes in Punjab on a Single Stage-Two Envelope basis under PPRA-38(2)(d) procedure. The first work involves rehabilitation and improvement of roads at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Hospital with an estimated cost of 45,284,535 plus 2,314,227 for contingencies, with a time limit of 02 months. The second scheme concerns installation of tuff tiles outside premises of Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) Provincial Office in Lahore with an estimated cost of 9,298,716 plus 464,936 for contingencies and a duration of 01 month. Both projects are located in Lahore, Punjab province.
Contractors participating must be registered on EPADS with valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) license in the relevant C-5 or C-6 category and above, holding active NTN and FBR filers status. Bidders are required to submit bid security at 5% of the estimated cost through a cash deposit receipt or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of Lahore Development Authority. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted strictly in accordance with evaluation criteria and PPRA Regulations-2024. All contractors must submit original bid security documents in the office of the undersigned before the expiry of submission deadline for eligibility.
Bidding documents are available on the EPADS website at panjab.procure.gov.pk immediately upon notice publication. Interested bidders and contractors must obtain the published tender through EPADS only; no submission via telegraph or post will be accepted. Technical proposals shall be opened on the tender opening date, with financial proposals opened subsequently after technical evaluation completion. The tender submission deadline is 26-06-2025 at 09:30 am, and bids will be opened on 26-06-2025 at 10:00 am. Response time is calculated exclusively from the date of notice publication on PPRA website.
