Description / Scope of Work
District Council Hafizabad invites electronic bids for the repair and rehabilitation of a bridge on a seepage drain located at Sultan Pura near Nakki Chatha in Hafizabad, Punjab. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 7,850 with a bid security requirement of Rs. 3,92,500. This single-stage, single-envelope procurement is being conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) and is open to contractors, firms, manufacturers, and authorized dealers who meet the specified eligibility criteria. The work involves structural rehabilitation and repair activities to restore the bridge to functional condition.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the e-PADS registration system and possess valid registrations with FBR, PRA (NTN and PNTN), and PPRA for e-procurement purposes. Contractors must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in category C-6 or above. The bid security, constituting 5 percent of the estimated cost, must be submitted in the form of a CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order made payable to District Council, Hafizabad. Original bid security instruments must be delivered in a sealed envelope bearing the tender title to the District Council Office at District Complex, Hafizabad, before the online submission deadline.
All bids must be completed and authenticated by bidders themselves and uploaded as PDF files on the e-PADS website at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. The deadline for electronic bid submission is 24 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 AM. Bids remain valid for 120 days from the opening date.
