District Council Pakpattan invites sealed bids for providing and laying soling (surface treatment) on road sides from Chowk 19/SP to Jamal Chowk in Pakpattan District, Punjab. This road infrastructure development project is being procured through a Single Stage Single Envelope (SSSE) procedure in compliance with public procurement regulations.
