Description / Scope of Work
DHQ Govt. General Hospital Samanabad Faisalabad and Govt. Al-Hamd Hospital Nishatabad Faisalabad invite electronic bids on an item-wise basis for a framework contract of 10 laundry items for the fiscal year 2026-27. The estimated cost of the procurement is 3 million Pakistani rupees, with the contract to be executed in Faisalabad, Punjab. This is a goods procurement tender open to well-reputed firms registered on E-PADs (Electronic Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) in relevant categories. The tender is published on the PPRA website and the E-Pakistan Acquisition and Disposal System platform.
All potential bidders must be registered on E-PADs and are required to submit their bids through the E-Procurement system by 23 June 2026 at 10:30 AM. Bidders shall submit bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost in the form of a CDR, bank draft, or bank guarantee payable to the MS DHQ Govt. General Hospital Samanabad, Faisalabad. Successful bidders must deposit an additional performance guarantee equal to 2 percent of the total contract value. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, or doubtful bids shall be rejected. All item rates must be inclusive of government taxes. Bids shall be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day in the office of the Medical Superintendent.

Bidders must fill all required forms and tables, stamp and sign the bidding documents, and submit them electronically before the deadline.
