DHQ Govt. General Hospital Samanabad Faisalabad and Govt. Al-Hamd Hospital Nishatabad Faisalabad invite electronic bids for the procurement of nine linen items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated contract value is 4 million Pakistani rupees, covering the supply and delivery of various linen products required for hospital operations in Faisalabad, Punjab. This is an open competitive bidding process conducted through the E-PAD (Electronic Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) platform and is subject to Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and PPRA regulations.
Bidders must be registered on the E-PADS system in relevant categories and are required to submit a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost (0.08 million rupees) in the form of a CDR, bank draft, or pay order in favor of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Govt. General Hospital Samanabad Faisalabad. Successful bidders must provide a performance guarantee equal to 2% of the total contract value. All item rates must be inclusive of government taxes, and conditional, unsigned, incomplete, or doubtful bids will be rejected.

Bids must be submitted electronically on E-PADS by 23 June 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day in the office of the Medical Superintendent.
