Description / Scope of Work
DHQ Govt. General Hospital Samanabad and Govt. Al-Hamd Hospital Nishatabad in Faisalabad, Punjab invite e-Pad bids on item-wise basis for a framework contract covering seven categories of stationary items for the financial year 2026-27. The total estimated cost of the procurement is 5 million rupees, representing a significant supply contract for both government healthcare institutions. This procurement is being conducted through the Electronic Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) in compliance with Punjab procurement regulations and PPRA guidelines.
All bidders must be registered on E-PADS in relevant categories and are required to submit bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, bank draft, or pay order in the name of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Govt. General Hospital Samanabad Faisalabad. Successful bidders shall deposit an additional performance guarantee of 2% of the total contract value in the same format upon award. Bids must be complete, signed, and stamped; conditional, unsigned, incomplete, or doubtful bids will be rejected. Item rates must be inclusive of all government taxes.
Bid documents are available for download from the PPRA website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the E-PADS portal. Bids must be received electronically via E-PADS by 23 June 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day in the office of the Medical Superintendent in the presence of available bidders or their authorized representatives.
