Municipal Committee Sambrial, Punjab, invites sealed electronic bids from registered contractors, firms, and manufacturers for the beautification of the Upper Chenab Canal Bridge at Dry Port Chowk in Sambrial. The estimated project cost is PKR 4,986,240 with a bid security requirement of PKR 249,310. This civil infrastructure and beautification scheme aims to enhance the appearance and functionality of a key bridge crossing in the Sambrial area, serving as an important transport and commercial corridor at Dry Port Chowk.
Bidders must be registered with PEC, FBR, PRA, and PPRA for e-procurement participation. Mandatory eligibility requirements include a valid PEC license in Category C-6 or above, active Income Tax registration, active Punjab Sales Tax registration, submission of an undertaking on legal stamped paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted, and unsigned or unstamped bids will be summarily rejected. All e-bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, or demand draft in the name of Municipal Committee Sambrial.
E-bids must be submitted online through the e-PADS portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 2 June 2026 at 02:00 PM, with opening scheduled for 02:30 PM the same day. Original bid security instruments must be physically submitted to the Municipal Committee Office, Sambrial, Punjab, Pakistan before the e-bid submission deadline.
