Description / Scope of Work
The Cooperative Model Town Society (1962) Ltd, Lahore invites sealed bids under single stage single envelope bidding procedure for the installation and construction of a new E-Block tubewell with a capacity of 2 cubic feet per second in Lahore, Punjab. This project is intended to enhance water supply infrastructure within Model Town Society. Only contracting firms having valid enlistment with the Water Works Department Model Town Society are eligible to participate in this procurement process. The detailed tender documents can be obtained from the office of Superintendent Water Works, Model Town Society during regular working hours upon submission of a written request addressed to the undersigned.
Eligible bidders must possess valid enlistment with the Water Works Department Model Town Society to qualify for bid submission. Bidders are required to meet all technical and financial requirements as specified in the tender documents. Any clarifications regarding bid specifications, technical requirements, or administrative procedures can be sought from the office of Superintendent Water Works during regular working hours. All prospective bidders are encouraged to review the tender documents thoroughly before submission.
Sealed bids must be delivered to the specified address before 11:00 A.M on 30th June 2026. Bids received after the deadline will not be entertained. The submitted bids will be opened one hour after the submission deadline on the same day by the Evaluation Committee in the presence of authorized representatives of bidders who may wish to attend. Late, ambiguous or incomplete bids will be rejected. The Society reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of any bid or proposal.
