Description / Scope of Work
The Project Director Settlement and Digitization of Land Records in Merged Districts, based in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids under National Competitive Bidding from eligible General Order Suppliers for the supply and commissioning of specialized equipment. The procurement includes CCTV cameras (80 units with 10 units per station), a plotter with integrated scanner (1 unit), document scanners (2 units), a drone (1 unit), and trackers (100 units). This single-package contract is valid for 120 days and will be executed as per KPPRA Rules 2014, with rates finalized at Schedule-A and equipment supplied as needed by the authority during the contract period.
Bidders must fulfill mandatory criteria including a valid Income Tax Registration Certificate, active General Sales Tax Registration with FBR, an undertaking confirming non-blacklisting status, bid security of 2% as a Call Deposit Receipt in the name of PD SDLR MDs, registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, and relevant work orders. Non-compliance with these mandatory requirements will result in bid rejection or disqualification. All bids must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of applicable taxes.
Bidding documents are available free of cost from the office during business hours and can be downloaded from www.sdlr.kp.gov.pk and www.kppra.gov.pk. Sealed bids must be submitted through registered courier or hand delivery to the Project Director's office in Peshawar by 24 June 2026 at 12:30 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1:00 PM in the Committee Room, followed by financial bid opening after technical evaluation results are announced. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 16 June 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Land Settlement Unit Conference Room. The Project Director reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014.
