Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi invites quotations for the supply of a sports sublimation kit comprising 100 sports t-shirts and 100 sports trousers for the IBA Sports Summer Camp. The t-shirts are specified as 100% polyester fabric with 160 GSM weight, featuring full-body sublimation printing, round neckline without collar, half sleeves, flatlock stitching, and customization options for logos, names and numbers. The trousers are manufactured from 100% polyester fabric with 220 GSM weight, featuring an elastic waist with drawstring, contrast piping on both sides, straight leg style, dual-side zip pockets, flatlock stitching, and sizes as required. Both items shall be individually packaged in polybags. Delivery is required at the Stores of IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi, Sindh Province.
Quotations must include mandatory samples of both items for quality approval prior to order confirmation. Vendors must ensure all materials comply with the specified requirements and are subject to final inspection at the time of delivery. Standard procurement practices apply, including payment through crossed cheque after invoice receipt and delivery, liquidity damage penalties of 2% per month for delayed delivery, and applicable government taxes and stamp duty at actual rates as per SRO regulations.
